Front Desk Manager and Staff Supervisor - Housekeeping
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Manager and Staff Supervisor to lead our front desk operations and housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain cleanliness standards.
Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Manage scheduling for front desk and housekeeping staff to optimize productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of room availability, occupancy levels, and housekeeping schedules.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on departmental performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Keen attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
