Duties & Responsibilities-

1. Carry and label guests’ luggage with tags.

2. Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.

3. Ensure building entrance is free of clutter at all times.

4. Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room,

5. Arrange taxi services upon request.

6. Run errands for guests and employees.

7. Fix minor technical issues, like changing bulbs.

8. Report damages, call technicians and monitor repairs.

9. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies.
