About the Company: an ISO 9001-2008 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 32,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

Location: Kallakal Village of Medak district.

Experience: Ex service man having experience in Hostel Management.

Job Purpose – Managing the entire staff hostel. Candidate will be responsible for overall admin and operation.

Responsibilities -

Overall administration of hostels and whenever required to frame policies of the management.

To ensure discipline, safety and security of the hostel .

Liaison with medical department for health matter of the employee.

Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained .

Coordinate with all out Source Company like pest control, laundry, horticulture and manpower supply companies.

Overall responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance of the hostel .

Responsibilities to maintain records of the hostel assets take the inventory during annual maintenance and submit to JOS Hostel.

Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time .
