Overseeing the overall administration and management of the hostel facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive living environment for the residents.
Supervising the daily operations of the hostel, including managing staff, maintaining discipline, and enforcing rules and regulations.
Monitoring the health, hygiene, and general welfare of the students residing in the hostel, and providing appropriate support and assistance when needed.
Handling student disputes, mediating conflicts, and maintaining order and good behavior within the hostel.
Coordinating with the management to develop and implement policies, rules, and regulations for the hostel.
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hostel facilities, including furniture, fittings, and other amenities.
Ensuring the security of the hostel by coordinating with the security staff and implementing necessary measures.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the hostel operations, including student information, attendance, and financial matters.
Liaising with the Welfare Service and Accommodation Office to address student issues or concerns.
Participating in emergency response, fire drills, and other safety-related initiatives.
