Job Description:

Position Overview: The Hotel and Hospitality Management Faculty member will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our students. The ideal candidate must possess substantial experience within the hotel and hospitality industry and a strong commitment to educating and inspiring the next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative lectures, seminars, and workshops in hotel and hospitality management subjects.

• Develop and update course curriculum to reflect industry trends and best practices.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Participate in academic research and contribute to the college's knowledge base.

• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to maintain a cutting-edge curriculum.

• Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Support and engage in college-related activities and events.

• Stay current with industry developments, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Substantial industry experience in hotel and hospitality management.

• A solid track record in teaching and/or mentoring students.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR visa holder).
