Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hospitality Staff member to join our team. As a Hospitality Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay or visit is comfortable and enjoyable. Your goal will be to exceed our guests' expectations and create a positive impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about our facilities and services.

2. Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

3. Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

4. Service Delivery: Provide high-quality service to guests, including serving food and beverages, handling room requests, and assisting with luggage.

5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other hospitality staff members to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.

6. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism certification preferred.

2. Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4. Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.

- Ability to lift and carry luggage or other items.
