Key Responsibilities:
- Guest List Management: Maintain and update guest lists for various events, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- RSVP Coordination: Track and manage RSVP responses, including dietary restrictions, special requests, and other relevant information.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and confirmations.
- Hospitality Services: Coordinate hospitality arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and special needs for guests.
- Manpower Management: Oversee and allocate human resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal deployment of team members to meet project demands and organizational goals.
- Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of events, ensuring all guest-related details are handled smoothly.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure all guest-related services are provided as per the event plan.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on RSVP statuses and guest-related logistics to the event planning team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with knowledge of Telugu being an additional advantage.
