Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, addressing inquiries and providing information about services, amenities, and travel details.

Passenger Assistance: Support passengers during check-in, boarding, and throughout their stay in the terminal, including handling special requests and addressing any concerns.

Operational Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, assisting with baggage handling, check-in procedures, and flight updates.

Age Criteria: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old.
