Job Overview:

As a Hospitality Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to passengers at various touchpoints throughout the airport. From assisting travelers with check-in procedures to guiding them through the terminal and providing information, your role is to ensure that passengers feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle diverse situations with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

Provide warm, friendly, and professional assistance to passengers in a variety of settings (check-in counters, lounges, departure gates, and more).

Offer information on flight status, gate changes, baggage claims, and airport amenities, ensuring passengers are informed and at ease.

Assist passengers with special needs, ensuring a smooth, respectful experience, including managing requests for mobility assistance, VIP services, or special accommodations.

2. Check-In & Passenger Support:

Help passengers with check-in procedures, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are processed efficiently.

Provide passengers with boarding passes, check in luggage, and confirm flight details.
