Job Summary: As a Hospitality Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience throughout their stay. This role involves coordinating various aspects of hospitality operations, from guest relations to event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.

Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Customer Experience:

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and banquets within the hotel.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote hotel services and packages to guests and potential clients.

Maintain relationships with regular clients and explore opportunities for upselling.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of guest information and feedback.

Assist in managing reservations and inventory for hospitality services.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with housekeeping, catering, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.

Age Criteria:
