Horticulture Specialist

Job Title : Horticulturist

Work Experience : Min2-3 years as Horticulturist

Education :/ Horticulture

Language : Marathi, English, Hindi (English Fluency is Must)

Salary Budget :20 to 25 KPM

Female candidate is preferred

Job Description:

• Designing garden plans/planting layouts

• Advising about tree planting schemes

• Organizing horticultural trials

• Making presentations, Writing technical publications, advisory leaflets and reports

• Advising on the level of pest and disease within the crop.

• Offering solutions involving biological control measures.

• Designing planting layouts taking into consideration a range of factors include climate, soil type and functionality of the garden.

• Developing and maintaining a database of client contacts.

• Visiting growers on site and undertaking environmental assessments.

• Inspecting crops and analyzing horticultural yields.

• Should possess strong customer acquisition approach.
