Responsibilities:

Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
Assist students in developing strong study habits, organizational skills, and effective learning techniques.
Utilize engaging instructional techniques and resources to promote active learning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
Prepare students for exams, assignments, and assessments through thorough review and practice sessions.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (higher degree preferred).
Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or educator, preferably in a home tutoring or personalized instruction setting.
Strong subject knowledge in various disciplines up to the 12th grade level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students' academic growth.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and subjects simultaneously.
