Job Title: Home Loan Manager

Job Location: Navi Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

 Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their loan requirements and financial

eligibility.

 Provide guidance on available home loan products, interest rates, and repayment

options.

 Explain the application process, required documentation, and timelines to clients.

Loan Application Processing

 Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.

 Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documentation such as income statements,

credit reports, and tax returns.

 Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of loans.

Customer Relationship Management

 Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positive

customer experience.

 Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment

structures.

 Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers
