Responsibilities:

Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, air conditioners, and other electrical appliances.

Diagnose and identify the root cause of appliance malfunctions or breakdowns, using various diagnostic tools, equipment, and technical manuals.

Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems in appliances, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety guidelines.

Provide accurate estimates of repair costs, including parts and labor, to customers, and seek their approval before proceeding with repairs.

Maintain detailed records of all repairs, including the parts used, labor hours, and any additional notes or recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer guidelines for repairing and servicing home appliances.

Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for appliance repairs, and ensure their proper storage and organization.
