Job Description:
As an HNI Fundraising Executive, your role involves the following key responsibilities and duties:
1. Identify and Prospect HNIs: Research and identify potential high-net-worth individuals who may have an interest in the organization's mission, goals, or financial contribution opportunities.
2. Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, understanding their financial goals, interests, and philanthropic preferences.
3. Present Investment Opportunities: Present financial contribution opportunities, donation options, or financial products offered by the organization to HNIs in a compelling and persuasive manner.
4. Customize Proposals: Tailor fundraising proposals and investment strategies to match the specific interests and financial capacity of individual HNIs.
5. Provide Information and Guidance: Offer detailed information about the organization's financial performance, projects, impact, and investment strategies to HNIs, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
6. Fundraising Planning: Collaborate with the organization's leadership and fundraising team to develop fundraising strategies targeting HNIs, including setting fundraising goals and objectives.
7. Stewardship: Ensure the ongoing engagement and stewardship of HNIs, keeping them informed about the organization's progress and the impact of their contributions or investments.
8. Donor Recognition: Implement donor recognition programs and initiatives to acknowledge and thank HNIs for their support, both financially and non-financially.
9. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all fundraising activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including documenting all financial transactions and agreements.
