Salary From to in-hand depending upon the interview

Shift timing: 10 am-7 Pm

Cab Availability: No cabs as it is a day shift

Gender preference: No gender preference(male & female both are welcome)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes.    

2. Outbound process: Sell, Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses 

3. Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.  

4, Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.  

5. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

6. Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling   

Excellent English skills are a must

Education Qualification: 

The candidate must be a graduate(undergraduate will  not be entertained)
