Designation: Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Experience required: 2 years - 8 years

Gender - Male candidates

Job Location: Lower Parel Mumbai.

Job Description:

· Handle office and outdoor work

· Planning/organizing/structuring various task.

· Coordination with suppliers or vendors relating to purchase.

· Organize, operate and maintain filing system & Data Management

· Should be good in planning & scheduling meetings,

· Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize assigned work

· Coordinating with factory staff and travel to factory as per requirement

· Drafting & vetting of various legal documents, License agreement etc.

· Should be able to do multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.

· Should be good in Excel, Email drafting

· Well versed with personal assistant or secretary work.

Calendar Management.

Database Management.

Vendor Coordination.

Vendor Management.

We are ready to Provide Training regarding Executive profile.

Day to day Reporting to Directly Business Head.
