Monitoring and Managing the Security office work.

Employees official timings monitoring and coordinating with Security Supervisor, ensure that entries are in order.

Inward and outward register maintaining.

passing the entries Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department

Enter employment of Casuals helpers data into computer database

Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence

Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews

Cross checking the Dispatch slips and Invoice- physical checking is required.

Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
