Job Description:

As a Field outreach specialist at 5 am Milk, you will play a crucial role in our growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors across Chennai. You will be responsible for pitching our products, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor��s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications or training in sales techniques, negotiation skills, or customer relationship management (CRM) would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential vendors to introduce company products and services.

Conduct persuasive sales pitches to showcase the benefits and unique selling points of our products.

Negotiate agreements and terms to secure partnerships and achieve sales objectives.

Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Bachelor��s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Valid driver��s license and willingness to travel within Chennai.
