We are seeking a proactive and experienced Grade 11 & 12 Coordinator to oversee and manage the academic and administrative functions for senior secondary classes. Key responsibilities include:

Academic Oversight: Oversee the academic progress of students in grades 11 and 12, ensuring curriculum delivery and academic standards are met.

Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between teachers, students, and parents to facilitate effective communication and address academic concerns.

Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively, and work with teachers to adapt and refine teaching strategies to meet student needs.

Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic performance, career counseling, and personal development.

Examination Management: Coordinate examination schedules, monitor the examination process, and handle results and related administrative tasks.

Professional Development: Organize and participate in professional development opportunities for teachers and staff to enhance educational practices.
