Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Operate dumper trucks and pay-loaders for the transportation and loading of materials such as soil, gravel, solid waste, and construction debris.

Transport and Loading:

Safely transport materials to and from job sites according to project requirements.

Load and unload materials efficiently and accurately using pay-loaders.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.

Maintenance and Care:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and cleaning.

Emergency Response:

Assist with emergency situations as required, including the safe evacuation of equipment or materials if necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) or equivalent certification.

Proven experience operating dumper trucks and pay-loaders, preferably in a construction or mining environment.
