About the Role
In the year 2022, we embark on further expanding RoRotel in the UK and are looking to strengthen our Sales function. To achieve this, we are looking for Dynamic & Experienced Sales Professionals to help us set the new direction in terms of value propositions and customer base expansion contributing to our turnover growth.
As a Head of Sales, you shall perform the following key duties:
• Own and deliver the annual sales target (agreed with the founders) with an aim to exceed the target (both in New Names New Business and Old Names New Business).
• Develop and implement the strategic plan by taking into account market trends, competition landscape and value propositions.
• Advise the founders on new value propositions with the aim to identify new customer target segments, new products and services, create USP for the RoRoTel Brand
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan, design, develop new campaigns and improve with feedback.
• Build and manage strong senior-level customer relationships.
• Provide the leadership to the Sales team to design and implement the best practices to become a strong sales function.
Skills & qualities we expect from you
Mandatory
• You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• You have a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership
• You have a proven track record in relationship management at the senior level
• You have experience of working with international customers – Europe, USA
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially customer pitches
• You can develop and implement new processes with a relatively less experienced and young team
Advantage
• You have experience in the telecom industry
• You have experience in working in a SME / Growing company environment
• You have an Engineering or Management Degree or equivalent
• You have experience of working with Telecalls and/or digital marketing
• You have led small offline/online teams
