Job Description
● Operates as a single point of contact for marketing needs at brand level and
salon level.
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive growth and
lead generation for Studio11 salons, both online and offline.
● Identify and execute any corporate partnerships and tie ups which would help
increase the brand awareness.
● Manage and lead the social media marketing, owning the social media
calendar, and ensuring content is relevant and engaging for Studio11’s target
audience.
● Plan and execute seminars around execution of marketing activities for
franchise salons.
● Plan and execute sales enablement campaigns through email marketing and
focused social media efforts to drive lead generation and increase conversion
rates.
● Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data
and analytics to inform future campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
● Execute ATL and BTL strategies focused on lead generation for salons,
including advertising, PR, events, and partnerships.
● Execute launch marketing SOPs for each new salon launch, ensuring a smooth
and successful launch to drive early adoption and revenue growth.
● Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities, conducting regular research
and analysis to identify new marketing channels and strategies.
● Work on momentum marketing initiatives.
● Plan and implement season-specific campaigns to drive awareness and
generate leads for salons.
● Be responsible for maintaining the brand standards across any type of
marketing material covering social media as well as physical activities.
● Report to Customer Experience Head and company CEO directly and be
responsible for marketing KPIs for the brand and franchise salons.
Skills / Experience
● At least 2 years of experience in digital, ATL, and BTL marketing, with a track
record of driving growth and lead generation.
● Proven experience managing and leading social media marketing, including
owning the social media calendar
