Minimum 10 years working experience in roadwork and construction Projects

Civil Engineer or Diploma Holder

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to plan and supervise wide range of construction projects from starting to end

Organise all construction procedure and ensure they are completed on given time frame effectively & efficiently

Ability to negotiate contracts and with internal & external vendors and able to frame profitable agreement

Ability to determine necessary equipment, materials and use them according to use

Able to hire staffs and contactors and allocate responsibilities accordingly

Plan the construction operations in schedule intermediate phases and ensure deadline are met on time

Ability to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly

Liasoning ability with Government office ( Tahasildar, Collection officer, Pollution officer & Police)
