• Minimum 10 years working experience in roadwork and construction Projects

• Civil Engineer or Diploma Holder

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to plan and supervise wide range of construction projects from starting to end

• Organise all construction procedure and ensure they are completed on given time frame effectively & efficiently

• Ability to negotiate contracts and with internal & external vendors and able to frame profitable agreement

• Ability to determine necessary equipment, materials and use them according to use

• Able to hire staffs and contactors and allocate responsibilities accordingly

• Plan the construction operations in schedule intermediate phases and ensure deadline are met on time

• Ability to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly

• Liasoning ability with Government office ( Tahasildar, Collection officer, Pollution officer & Police)
