Education: B Tech/ M Tech, Polymer/Plastic/Mechanical with MBA

Preferable - Experience in plastic packaging, BOPP, PPE, PP liner etc

Experience:

20+ years total experience preferably in both large and midsized manufacturing units managing production volumes and operation of multiple plants.

Hardcore production person, having good knowledge and experience to turnaround units in productivity and overall operational excellence.

Exposure in export oriented manufacturing plants

Good customer orientation

Work experience in West Bengal for substantial period

Exposure in setting up new production units – green field projects

Proven strategic contribution in business operation and people management

Profile KRA

Implement best practices of TQM & value engineering

Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence

Improve productivity, quality awareness and compliance

Develop new product variations and cost effective alternatives

Train and develop team on technical capabilities

Improve network and liaison with relevant authorities

Guide production heads to set up good practices in the units & maintain healthy IR

Responsible for the overall P&L of the units

Need to travel in West Bengal and Gujarat for managing various plants
