Job Description: Operations Head

Position Overview:

As the Operations & Strategy Head in a Digital Marketing Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of the company's digital marketing services & creating strategies. You will lead and manage the operations team, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing processes.

2. Streamline workflows and standardize operational procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Management:

4. Lead and manage the operations team, including resource allocation, workload management, and performance evaluations.

5. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

6. Collaborate with other department heads to align operational objectives with overall company goals.

7. Campaign Execution and Delivery:

8. Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

9. Coordinate with the account management and creative teams to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
