Purpose of Role/Job Summary:
HR Technology leader for the organization. Will lead the HR technology initiatives to build and scale products that are focused on People productivity solutions and delivered through an integrated technology platform. Techno-functional leader of the business who is willing to build and scale the HCM solution and manage P&L for the technology vertical.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide overall technical leadership and direction to the organisation and encourage innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working to strengthen business processes and client delivery
Understand people-related business problems and collaborate with product owners and project managers to develop and deploy solutions using technology and data
Lead effort to collaborate with decision makers, consulting partners and users to define business, financial, operational and technical requirements for product design
Apply big data and deep learning techniques to extract actionable insights from large-scale, high-dimensional, structured and unstructured data.
Understand emerging technologies and their impact on building agile Human Capital solutions
Engage with Business and Consulting leaders in digital transformation efforts with clear focus on data and analytics and its impact on business outcomes
Understand SaaS and PaaS model to configure and propose product and solutions to meet business needs of effective people management
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these system
Lead on the technical aspects for business continuity
