Job Title: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager/HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the companys goals. They will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Policy Development:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Align HR strategies with the company's business objectives.

Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Lead the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.

Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management:

Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair manner.

Implement performance evaluation processes and feedback mechanisms.

Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation through engagement initiatives.

4. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and create professional development programs.

Ensure leadership development and succession planning.

Promote learning opportunities for employees at all levels.

5. Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee payroll, incentives, and employee benefits programs.

Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.

Manage performance-based rewards and recognition programs.
