Job Title: Finance Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Head to lead our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Skills:
1. Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
4. Compliance: Ensure that all accounting practices and procedures are in compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
5. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that the company's assets are protected.
7. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA (certified public accountant) or equivalent certification preferred.
