Roles & Responsibilities.

 Responsible for forecasting the financial condition of the company - Present and future

 To be able to manage cash flows of the company to fulfil the fund needs

 Responsible for creating funding strategies and maintaining investor relationships

 Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

 Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

 Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

 Set up and oversee the companies finance IT system.

 Set Targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (Accountants and Internal

Auditors)

 Oversee all audits and internal control operations.

 Prepare timely reports on performance on a predefined cadence.

 Conduct Analysis to make forecast and report to upper executives

 Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Requirements of Skills

 Proven experience of 15+ years as a director of finance or a similar role.

 In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principals, laws and best practices.

 Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

 Proficient in Tally, Excel and Business Analytics tools

 An Analytic mind with strategic abilities.

 Excellent communication skills for Teamwork with multiple business heads.
