Responsibilities
Ensure proper grooming of all the staff in kitchen.
Ensuring kitchen is always clean.
Ensuring food safety guidelines are always followed in the kitchens
Ensure proper Repairs & Maintenance is in place for all equipment's and small wares
KPT-On time food preparation as per requirement
Preparing fresh and safe food
Corrective actions taken in case of customer feedback & complaints .
Ensuring no stock outs of any product by proper ordering
Ensuring proper response is given to the operations team.
Ensuring target for food cost and wastages are achieved .
Proper reporting of wastages
Correct Ordering of all the food and packaging materials by raising PO in Pet Puja
Ensuring team is making products as per recipe and using weighing scales .
Ensuring kitchen checklists and reports are filled correctly and updated in groups on time.
All productions sheets are filled correctly and on time
Informing maintenance issues to Unit Head/Kitchen Manager
Skills
Capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service
