Also, candidates must be skilled in preparing all forms of Indian Dishes and must be an expertise in Biryani Dishes (Kolkata Dum Biryani, Afghani Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani & Lucknowi Dum Biryani)

Responsibilities include:

• Menu Planning,

• Preparing and Cooking meals,

• Working collaboratively with the team,

• Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen,

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
