Major focus on the acquisition of Franchise & Business Associate for business development.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.

Required Candidate profile

-10+ years in Capital Markets

Team Management

- Ability to acquire at least 30 - 40 relationships

- Local anchorage

3) Skills and Knowledge :

- Good communication skills and market knowledge

- MBA from the leading business school / university

-Exposure to Fintech is essential
