3. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing updates and handling any issues or concerns.

4. Proposal Development and Negotiation

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to prepare technical proposals that meet client specifications.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure favorable agreements that benefit both the client and the company.

5. Sales and Revenue Generation

Drive sales targets by promoting the companys capabilities and services.

Develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue per client.

6. Product and Solution Development

Work with R&D and product development teams to explore opportunities for new product lines or enhancements that meet market demands.

Identify and introduce new products to tap into emerging niches or custom requirements.

7. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting

Develop short- and long-term business development plans aligned with the companys strategic goals, such as AA NovaTechs target of a 100 crore turnover in five years.

Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data and market changes.

8. Networking and Brand Building

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility, foster partnerships, and stay updated on industry advancement
