Job Description

Job Opportunity: Business Development Head

Location: Gurugram Corporate Office

Salary Range: 12 L - 18 LPA

Industry: Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facility management sector.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

6. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.

7. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

8. Provide market feedback and insights to inform business development strategies.

9. Conduct new tender studies and prepare costing sheets.

10. Utilize excellent communication skills to drive business growth.

Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
