 Perform tool changes as needed based on tool life to minimize

downtime and maintain production quality.

 Accurately complete gap analysis reports and take corrective

actions when necessary.

 Adjust shear knife spacers as required to maintain consistent cutting

performance.

 Modify machine settings as needed to avoid quality issues such as

under fill, radius discrepancies, out-of-spec forging, burrs, or

cavity defects.

 Perform CLIT and regular checks per the defined schedule to

ensure the machine and tools are functioning properly.
