Job Title: Computer Hardware & Network Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/ ITI/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation.

Experience: Fresher / 0 to 6 Months Experience

Location: Delhi NCR

Responsibilities:

• Installation/ Maintenance/ Repair of Computer Hardware, Desktops, Servers, Laptops, Printers, Networking devices, CCTV & IP camera Systems and other networking devices (such as firewall, Modem, Router, Switches etc) at customer site.

• Responsible for Services & Support & Test and Re-Test of Computer Hardware and different IT- Products Such as printers, laptops etc.

• Installation & Configuration of Network systems with wire or wireless networking systems, IP Camera System along with Wiring at assigned locations.

• Responsible for Installation of Operating systems, other software and Computer network.

• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware.

• Understanding of networking devices and protocols.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot of different technical/networking issues.

• Will be responsible for maintaining and submission of daily/weekly/ monthly report of the assigned task.

• Must abide by the Rules & Regulations of the organization and strictly follow the instructions & guidelines of the organization.

• You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company's Privacy Policies and procedures as implemented or varied from time to time.

Skills Required:

• Ability to compare various solution to problems will allow the candidate to identify the best one.

• Habitual of updating with latest technology with time.

• Good handling capacity of the basic tools like; Drill Machine, Wire Cutter and LAN tester, Crimping tool etc.

• Having good listening skills and a quick learner.

• Having the quality of doing work in a team

• Flexible to work in all working environment also able to work under pressure

• Can manage deadlines and takes an organized approach to work.
