we are looking to hire a skilled laptop /desktop support engineer to assist our clients with computer hardware and software issues . you will be required to work onsite to assist with hardware installation software upgrade system interrogation and basic it related issues. to ensure as a laptop and desktop support engineer you should have extensive knowledge of consumer and commercial systems good problem solving skills and high level interpersonal skills a top class laptop and desktop support engineer provides fast and effective support for clients experiencing basic hardware and software issues .

responsibilities:-

responding to client support requests.

contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.

travelling to the clients location correcting the issues.

troubleshooting hardware, networking and software issues.

providing basic training in computer operation and management.
