Job Description

Needed System support Engineer, System admin, Network admin, Windows admin for our leading MNC clients in Chennai, Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram. Assured placement along with training provided.

Roles and responsibilities:

Remote Support for finding issues & resolving them remotely.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure problem resolution and call closure.

Diagnose and rectify Operating System & Hardware related problems.

Installation & troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and other peripheral devices.

Installation & troubleshooting of Operating Systems(Microsoft Windows XP,Win 7)

Troubleshooting network connectivity related problem.

Installation and Configuration of Desktops.

Troubleshooting Desktop Related hardware and Software Issues.

Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Antivirus.

Configuration of Outlook and Outlook Express &Basic Troubleshooting
