1. Install desktop OS, messaging client, applications such as Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, WinZip, and WinRAR

2. Configuration of laptop, desktop, printers, data card, scanners etc.

3. Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues

bleshoot and resolve desktop / laptop OS issues

5. Diagnose software and hardware issues

6. Troubleshooting printer / scanner related issues at users’ desktop/laptop and reporting hardware issues to vendors

7. Configure print queues for Servers / Users / Groups

8. Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers

9. Configure the desktops using tools as defined in Schedule A Solution Baselines

10. Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops

11. Two wheeler mandatory
