Unisex Hairdresser Responsibilities: 1. Perform Basic to advanced hairstyling on clients. 2. Providing clients with the best haircut as per their demands. 3. Cutting, trimming, hair coloring, chemical work, hair extensions, and other hair services will be added. 4. Consulting customers to determine their needs, preferences, problems, and specifications. 5. Using various tools and equipment, including hair straighteners, curling irons, rollers, blow dry, combs, crimpers, and other equipment required for hairstyling. 6. Shampooing, conditioning, and blow-dry clients' hair. 7. Knowledge of hair coloring and mixing colors. Performing all basic to advanced hair coloring. 8. Sanitizing and Sterilizing hairdressing tools, equipment, and workplace, before and after services. 9. Keep yourself updated with the latest hair trends and new product launches. 10. Cross-selling other salon services to the clients. 11. Perform trimming, shaving, beard coloring, and other male services. 12. Giving all the chemical treatments including rebonding, straightening, keratin, hair spa, smoothening, and other hair treatment services
