education Criteria American Board/ Ccst or Cct (uk)/ Australia(fracp) or (fracp)/ Ireland(cscst) or (cscst)/ France (des) or (desc)/ Fellowship from Canada/ Specialization Certification (spain/italy/portugal/brazil/finland/austria/hungary/norway/ Poland/sweden/denmark/switzerland/belgium) /facharzt/ Fellowship from South Africa/ Netherland
