We are looking for a Junior General Trainer to join our team and assist with the development and implementation of fitness programs for our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and motivating clients of all ages and fitness levels towards achieving their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. The Junior General Trainer will also support the senior trainers in planning and organizing group fitness classes, and help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior trainers in developing and implementing fitness programs for clients.
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise plans based on clients' fitness levels and goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance to clients on the use of gym equipment.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust exercise plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients to help them stay on track towards their fitness goals.
• Help plan and organize group fitness classes, and assist in delivering classes when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean workout environment by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and gym facilities are kept clean.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in fitness and exercise science, and incorporate new knowledge into programming as appropriate.
