Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Provide guests with information about the hotel and local attractions
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and problems effectively
Monitor guest feedback and make necessary changes to improve guest experience
Assist with coordinating special requests such as transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations
Promote hotel facilities and services to guests
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure guest privacy and security
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest services
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of hotel operations and services
Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
