Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor in New Delhi, Moti Nagar. The Guest Relations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the front handling reservations, and overseeing customer service & their requirement. The Guest Relations Supervisor will also need to develop and maintain excellent communication with guests, staff, and management. Moreover, help the industry to gain more sales, by encouraging the top notch requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION- GUEST RELATIONSHIP SUPERVISOR
Excellent Guest Relations and Customer Service Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Should have good marketing strategies for analyzing the data in order to increase the sales..
Experience in handling reservations and managing the front office
Ability to lead and train a team in efficient Guest Relations and Customer Service practices
Familiarity with basic computer operations
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
Salary upto 5-6lpa.
Immediate Joiners Required.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of local languages, cultural etiquette, and customer preferences. Experience in the hospitality industry is must for restaurants.
