Job Title: Airport Hospitality Associate

Role Overview:

As an Airport Hospitality Associate, your main focus will be to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for passengers. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service across various airport facilities, assisting with passenger needs, providing travel information, and ensuring passengers have everything they need for a smooth journey. Whether you’re helping passengers find their gate or offering assistance with amenities, your goal is to ensure travelers feel cared for and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Passenger Engagement:

Welcome and assist passengers at key touch points within the airport (check-in counters, lounges, terminals, gates).

Offer guidance and information regarding flight schedules, gate locations, baggage claims, amenities, and airport services.

Actively engage with passengers, providing recommendations for services, restaurants, lounges, and airport facilities.

Lounge & VIP Services:

Provide a premium experience in airport lounges by assisting guests with food, beverage, seating, and any special requests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within lounges, ensuring the space is welcoming and comfortable for all guests.

Support VIP or loyalty program members, offering personalized services such as priority check-in and boarding.
