We are looking for an outstanding Guest Relations Manager who is passionate about turning moments into memories for our guests and ensuring that they have an exceptional guest experience.
1-Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
2-Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
3-Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
4-Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
5-Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc.)
6-Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
7-Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
8-Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
Requirements:
1-Proven working experience as guest relations manager
2-Working experience in hospitality
3-Familiarity and interest in industry’s latest trends
4-Hands on experience with guest relationship management software
5-Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
6-Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
7-Ability to work flexible hours
8-Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
9-BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
