To engage with the clients who sign up for Close Monitoring in a conversation to fill out life storyboarding, body mapping, and lifestyle details for a deeper insight into optimal quality care delivery
Taking Vitals as required per the package subscribed and entering the data in the system
Tracking the customers wellness journey
Reporting to the Nurse or Physician on a routine and (Save our Ship) SOS basis
Working with the healthcare team comprising physicians, registered nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
To ensure all physical, emotional, psychological, and everyday requirements are coordinated and communicated appropriately as per standard protocol
Visit customers as per the schedule and fill in customer details onboarding data for records
Assist in filling out life storyboarding, body mapping, and lifestyle details
Maintain, update and transmit customer data as required
Ensure that tickets are raised and closed for all task requests from customers
To ensure data is accurately updated in the system
To coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers and LifeUno Service Providers (LSPs)
Keeping track of availability and optimum utilisation of inventory at the Centre
Supporting Preventive Maintenance Checks to minimise downtime of equipment
Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of equipment
To immediately alert on shortage of consumables/non-functional equipment
