Qualification: Candidate should have completed bachelors in hotel management
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in hospitality industry
Gracefully receiving the customers.
Ensuring Maintenance of Hygiene, Conducive, Positive and Vibrant Environment within Restaurant.
Ensuring that attire of the staff attending to the customer is presentable and is properly trained and briefed regularly.
Placing the customers as per their requirement and availability.
Continuously developing new ideas of Marketing, Studying on various schemes, Special Day, Special Offers etc.
Looking out for Special Events on Terrace (Party, Liquor at MRP etc).
Reviving the Terrace Area to the best possible way and carryout extensive Marketing for utilization of the same.
Creating a Team / Co-ordinating with a Marketing Team at optimum cost to reach out various societies, people of nearby areas etc.
Addressing the customer issues on immediate basis and understanding their suggestion and requirement and presenting the same before the management on every meeting or zoom call (as a part of MIS).
Ensuring that the Feedback form is duly filled in and is obtained from each of the customer and updating the customer register on daily basis.
Analyzing the reasons for adverse comments and trying your best to resolve and taking the unresolved issue to the management for further course of action.
Taking photo shoot or photograph of each event, new dishes, special events and make sure that same is shared in Broadcasting Media (Whatsapp) by considering the confidentiality / identity issues of the customer etc on daily basis.
To bring out innovative ideas of beautification of Frontage of Restaurant including the Neonsign / Lighting on the name Board etc and dealing with the Vendors accordingly.
