Job Duties & Responsibilities

�� Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.

�� Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information, update records in CRMS/DRMS

�� Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

�� Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.

�� Assist in managing reservations and hospitality services for guest.

�� Coordinate office supplies and other common use items such as Cafe supplies, equipment toner, printer paler, shipping supplies etc

�� Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

�� Interaction with employees for taking feeback/surveys
