Job Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.

Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information, update records in CRMS/DRMS

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.

Assist in managing reservations and hospitality services for guest.

Coordinate office supplies and other common use items such as Cafe supplies, equipment toner, printer paler, shipping supplies etc

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Interaction with employees for taking feeback/surveys
